We always strive for customer satisfaction but if anytime you need to return an item we accept returns for store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately you are not able to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, free of deodorant stains, perfume smells and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached if applicable. We accept returns for store credit only and upon receiving your items we will issue you a gift card to your email. Please allow 1-2 business days to process it.

Be Modest Boutique reserves the right to add a 10-20% restocking fee to each return that doesn't follow this policy, if approved.

If your item is incorrect, defective or damaged when received please contact us immediately or no later than 7 days of the original shipping date.
If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, please send your item back and we will send a gift card to your email with the credit amount. You can then purchase the item in a different size if it is available. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
All items on our webpage are available for immediate shipping unless otherwise stated. Shipping takes 3 business days up to 2 weeks depending on your shipping zone. We always try to ship items the same day you order! All of our orders are shipped via USPS mail. We do not ship on Holidays or Sunday's.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer so the customer must provide a correct shipping address when placing the order. Be Modest is not responsible for items due to an incorrect address. If the item is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Customer will receive an email update with tracking as soon as the item has been shipped. The tracking information will be updated periodically and can take up to two days for the system to update any current info.
Please understand that Be Modest Boutique is not responsible for any shipping errors made by the postal service for any lost or stolen orders during transit. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it and it is out of our control. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you.
We do not offer many pre-orders but if the item is a pre-order it will be stated as such. Please note the date of pre-orders is approximate and may change at any time. If you purchase an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, your in stock item will ship with the pre-order item when it becomes available. If you wish to have them shipped separately, please make two separate orders.
